This hand cut, wood marquetry scene is of Mount Hood, Oregon. Situated fifty miles outside Portland, Mount Hood is the highest peak in Oregon.
Handmade in the USA! The woods used in this scene are: Figured White Ash, Lacewood, Sycamore, Padauk, Wenge, Fiddleback Makore, Red Oak and Walnut Burl. The frame is your choice of either 1 " or 2" wide, "Java" stained solid red oak with mitered and doweled joints. The piece is backed with durable black felt and a full description of the woods used in the scene. It is ready to securely hang with "D" rings and hanging wire. This is an open edition production piece. Grains may vary slightly from original to original. Keep out of sunlight to preserve colors.
