What is your shipping Policy?
Shipping is FREE for Originals, Matted Prints and Scroll Saw Marquetry Kits!
Original artwork will ship by UPS unless otherwise requested. Shipping times are up to 10 business days. Less if possible.
Shipping for kits and prints is by U.S. Mail. Shipping times are up to 10 business days. Less if possible.
You will receive an email with a tracking number and estimated delivery date as soon as the item has been shipped.
What is your Policy on Returns/Exchanges/Refunds?
Our policy is, I want to ensure you’re completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your purchase, please contact me here at lynne@lynnebuss.com and include your order number and a brief description of what’s going on. I will contact you to see how I can help.
If you wish to return your purchase, please pack it securely in the original packaging, if possible. I will send you my address. You will be responsible for shipping costs. As long as the item arrives back to me in good condition, I'll refund the purchase price.
There’s a 15% restocking fee that is applied for any order canceled or exchanged to cover transaction fees already paid.

How does sunlight affect the artwork?
Sunlight is very damaging to all wood and especially to colorful woods. Please hang your marquetry scene out of direct sunlight or it will age. Some woods will lose their color richness or fade and some woods will darken.
How does humidity affect the artwork?
Wood has it's challenges with regard to humidity. To address this issue, I use a superior glue to mount the artwork on a MDF (Medium Density Fiberboard) backing board to keep the veneers stable over time.
